Baylie, Kylie, Luke, and Jake
Seaworld!
The Amazing Austins!!
Remember the Alamo!!
There was this unbelievable tree at the Alamo. So we had to take our picture in front of it!! I realized that I did not get any pictures of Dan and Gretchen until I saw this tree picture...that is the back of Dan's head.
Our next trip was to Port Aransas with the Barron side of the family! Mandy and Douglas were not able to come this trip. We really missed them and the girls but can't wait until the next Barron vacation. My mother-in-law spoiled everyone this trip. It was her idea so she worked all year and paid for the whole thing. The guys were treated to fishing and golf while the girls got nice massages!! Not to mention some great beach time, trip to the Aquarium, shopping, game time, and yummy food!!I tried to get some great beach photos of the kids all together, but Colt was not cooperating. Ugh! Life with a toddler!
Don't let this sweet face fool you! :)
Uncle Brandon and Jake building sand castles.
Baylie and Mason joining in on the castle building!!
This is the only picture that I could get with the 3 of them. Once Colt sees stairs he takes off! It is hard to catch that boy now!
After Port A, that's what all the regulars call it, we headed home for a few days for VBS!! We had a great time at Vacation Bible School. I got off easy this year since Colt got kicked out of the nursery the first few days. Ugh, again! I guess he got use to being with mommy 24/7. I was able to help out in pre-school craft and snack and then the last day Colt made it in the nursery, so I was able to go back to Rec!! Baylie had awesome teachers again this year. Mrs. Stacy has been Baylie's VBS teacher every year and Mrs. Dana who was Colt's MDO teacher! Baylie learned so much. Jake was able to do a mini VBS, so he learned all the songs and did some amazing crafts. The last night we had family night and the kids got to sing a song on stage. My kids LOVED IT! It was a great week!
So, we were home 4 days and then the kids and I sent Nathan off to Israel for almost two weeks! He had a great time. I am so excited he got to experience the trip of a lifetime. I need to have him blog about his trip. I could upload some of his pictures but I could not tell what they are.
While Nathan was in Israel the kids and I headed to the DFW area for time with the grandparents!!! We put Baylie and Jake in a soccer camp the first week. They both did really well. It was a British soccer camp so the instructors were from England and Ireland. They were amazing with the kids!! The best thing is they loved Texas, especially Billy Bobs!
