We're back in Houston and we have power!!! We got the call Sunday night from our neighbors that power was restored so we came back Monday afternoon. Our parents were absolutely amazing this past week. We were all very pampered by both sets of parents. We are so thankful to have such a great family!
It is weird seeing all the damage and debris in everyone's front yard, yet people are back to their daily routines. We are starting to get back to "normal." MDO started today and I had a doctor's appointment. The baby looks great by the way! I got a good profile shot and of course a couple alien looking ones of the baby's face. It still amazes me how fast they develop. Our 3rd joy went from looking like a lima bean to a baby in 4 weeks! God is truly AMAZING!
I hope to have more time to blog later and tell you about our weekend getaway before IKE. We went to Surfside and had a great time, but it is heartbreaking to see that it was one of the hardest hit places. There has been a lot going on in the Barron family and I'm looking forward to sharing some things with you soon!!
